Enquiry privacy notice

What happens to the details you provide when you request a conversation.

Draft for review. This document reflects how the website currently works and should be reviewed by the site owner and appropriate advisers before publication.

Notice version: 2026-10-22. Controller: Nexconcept Limited, operator of Zeble.

Information you provide

We collect business requirements, countries, currencies, payment volume and frequency, company details, industry, website and objectives, and your name, job title, email, optional telephone and preferred contact method. Please do not submit identity documents, bank statements, credentials, card or beneficiary details.

Purpose and proposed lawful basis

We use the details to assess and respond to your enquiry and consider an introduction to CoBanq. The proposed basis is legitimate interests in responding to requested business enquiries, subject to a documented balancing assessment. Contract steps apply only where legally appropriate to the individual’s request. [Legal approval required before launch.]

Proposed introduction, not automatic sharing

The required acknowledgement records your request and understanding of the proposed introduction; it is not bundled marketing consent. Submitting the form does not automatically forward your data to CoBanq. Relevant information may be shared following review and an approved referral/data-sharing arrangement. CoBanq or the relevant provider’s own privacy notice governs its separate processing.

Optional marketing

The separate unticked box gives Nexconcept Limited consent to send marketing emails about Zeble’s referral services. Refusal does not affect your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time using the verified contact address once supplied; any marketing messages must provide a working withdrawal route before sending.

Security and consent evidence

Submission time, notice version and acknowledgement/marketing choices are recorded when an enquiry is successfully saved. A hashed IP address helps prevent abuse. Optional attribution details are collected only with advertising consent. Staff access must be restricted by role and logged. The enquiry storage and staff tools are currently unavailable pending setup.

Retention and your rights

[Review required: approve retention periods for enquiry, consent and abuse-prevention records, including deletion from backups.]

You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact: [verified privacy contact required before launch]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
