What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you enter: your service requirement, countries and currencies, approximate volume and frequency, company name, registration country, industry, website, a description of your objectives, your name, job title, work email, telephone number and preferred contact method.

When successfully saved, enquiries include submission time, acknowledgement, marketing choice and notice version. A one-way hash of your IP address supports abuse prevention; a hash is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. Campaign parameters and page/referrer paths are saved only with advertising consent. Cookie choices and their timestamp are held locally. Staff account identifiers and access/action logs support restricted administration once enabled.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, identity documents, bank statements, bank login details, card details or beneficiary information.

How we use it

• To review and respond to requested business enquiries: proposed legitimate interests, subject to a balancing assessment. Steps prior to a contract apply only where appropriate to the individual’s request. [Confirm lawful basis before launch.]
• To share relevant details with CoBanq so it can discuss the services you requested, as you acknowledge when submitting the form.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse (legitimate interests).

Sharing

Enquiries are not automatically forwarded to CoBanq Ltd. Relevant details may be shared with CoBanq Ltd following review under an approved introduction and data-sharing arrangement. Lovable Cloud provides website hosting and storage. Google Fonts receives connection information when fonts load. Protection and international transfers

Enquiry inputs are validated before storage. The intended enquiry store denies public access; staff functions require validated sign-in and server-checked roles, and access/export/deletion actions are logged. Storage and these staff controls are currently blocked pending setup. No absolute security guarantee is made.

Cookies and marketing choices

Optional storage requires a separate choice; marketing emails require the independent unticked enquiry checkbox. Refusing either does not prevent an enquiry.
